SUPPORT

Support and troubleshooting.

Start with browser, network and permission checks before changing server configuration or deleting application data.

Connection problems

  • Refresh and check whether the service is reachable.
  • Try another network if messages or calls fail.
  • Check browser permissions and private-mode restrictions.
  • Do not repeatedly create accounts when a rate limit is already active.

Messages not sending

Check connectivity and session state. If the UI loads but sending fails, capture the exact browser-console error and HTTP status before changing server files.

Calls not connecting

Check microphone/camera permissions, then test two separate devices. If signalling works but media does not, investigate ICE/STUN/TURN and firewall/NAT configuration.

Files not uploading

Check size, quota and network. If an upload returns 403 or 429, record the endpoint and response before weakening security middleware such as ModSecurity.

Privacy reminder

Never send passwords, recovery keys or administrative secrets to support or through a chat message. Redact secrets from logs before sharing them.
